Ceboking and Ceboskil

CeboKing is a water and polyacrilic resin based finish for multiple surfaces, for interiors and exteriors; it can be applied directly on different surfaces appropriately prepared such as: metal, plastic, wood and ceramic. The mechanical and washing resistence are very high and it has an excellent hiding power and point of white. The use of CeboKing on concrete, wood and ceramic floors is recommended for residential use only. When using CeboKing on floors, ceramic wall tiles in bathrooms, kitchens and surfaces that have undergone frequent cleaning, it is necessary to protect the surfaces with CeboSkil catalyzed.

CeboSkil is a protective transparent based on water and polyacrilic resin for interiors and exteriors, available in the versions: Glossy (Lucido) – Satin (Satinato) – Matt (Opaco). Catalysed with CeboCat, it considerably increases its washability, mechanical and stain resistence. It is necessary to catalyze CeboSkil with CeboCat when used on CeboKing and for all the environments that require HACCP Certification.

Surfaces preparation:

Untreated metal: degrease, brush and throughly clean the surface with alcohol, sand and dust well. On ferrous materials apply antirust products beforehand.

Painted metal: degrease, brush and throughly clean the surface with alcohol, sand and dust well.

Plastic: degrease, brush and throughly clean the surface with alcohol, sand and dust well.

Untreated wood: prepare the surface with specific products for tanninto avoid yellowing.

Treated wood: degrease, brush and throughly clean the surface with alcohol, sand and dust well.

Ceramic: degrease and throughly clean the surface with alcohol.

Application of CeboKing:

CeboKing is applied on completely dry and moisture-free supports, in two coats, after adequate dilution with a roller of short hair or brush. Wait 6-8 hours between first and second hand.

Application of CeboSkil

CeboSkil catalyzed with CeboCat and diluted with water , is applied in two coats on CeboKing perfectly dry (minimum 24 h), with short hair roller properly discharged by using a pan. Wait at least two hours between the first and second coats. CeboSkil catalyzed with CeboCat should be used within 3 hours after mixing.

Warnings:

After two days from the end of the application of CeboSkil the floors are walkable; after 7 days the surfaces are washable with water and neutral detergents; after 10 days the mechanical resistance (abrasion, compression, etc.) is reached.
