Surface preparation:
These paints may be applied to any surface finished in gypsum, lime or fine skimming. Make sure that the surfaces are perfectly clean, dry and pane, and that their absorbing capacity is the same over the whole area.

CeboFix R:
A breathing tinted fixative, containing quartz powder. CeboFix R must be applied in one coat, with a short nap paint roller. When CeboFix R has dried, if the surface is particularly rustic or uneven, apply the CeboFondo lime-based smoothing compound.

CeboArt Model
A decorative materic finish for outdoor use, which, in combination with CeboArt Lux, may be used in various ways, creating a large number of effects.

How To Apply CeboArt Model:

Effetto Cascata – Waterfall effect:

Apply the tinted CeboArt Model compound with a “Shark”stainless-steel trowel, in long vertical or horizontal strokes, depending on the desired effect, making sure to apply each stroke at a different height. Before the compound dries, wipe the surface to flatten the spots that stand out. In case the compound is too dry, use some water to moisten it. It is advisable to apply the compound, creating the desired pattern, in bands of about 1 m.

Effetto Betulla – Birch-Tree effect:

apply the tinted CeboArt Model compound with the special “Onda 4” trowel, using its straight side, in a uniform layer, moving vertically or horizontally, depending on the desired effect. Before the compound dries, wipe the surface to flatten the spots that stand out. In case the compound is too dry, use some water to moisten it. It is advisable to apply the compound, creating the desired pattern, in bands of about 1 m.

Effetto Nuvola – Cloud effect:

apply the tinted CeboArt Model compound with a “Shark” stainless-steel trowel. Use criss-cross uneven strokes, bearing in mind that this phase should be at the base of the future final pattern. Before the compound dries, wipe the surface to flatten slightly the spots that stand out. In case the compound is too dry, use some water to moisten it. It is advisable to apply the finish in a random manner, avoiding neat outlines.

Effetto Legno – Wood effect:
apply the tinted CeboArt Model compound with a “Shark” stainless-steel trowel, in long vertical or horizontal strokes, depending on the desired effect. When the finish is
still wet, work the surface with the Finto Legno tool (art. A/29) to create the typical wood grain pattern. Before the compound dries, wipe the surface to flatten the spots that stand out. In case the compound is too dry, use some water to moisten it. It is advisable to apply the compound, creating the desired pattern, in bands of about 1 m.

CeboArt Lux:
A fine finish for indoor use, created with whitewash and natural waxes. CeboArt Lux adds value to the surfaces finished in CeboArt Model, enhancing the deepness of the pattern and giving extra brilliance and a peculiar bleached look.

How to apply CeboArt Lux on CeboArt Model:
Apply a first coat of white CeboArt Lux over CeboArt Model, when it is perfectly
dry and free from dust, using a stainless-steel trowel and making sure to follow the
pattern created previously with the tool strokes. When the outer layer of the finish
is dry (after about 3-4 hours), apply a second coat. It is advisable to apply each coat
in a single thin layer. Later, when the wall starts to become white as it dries, crape
it with a clean stainless-steel trowel to give it a final polishing.

EcoCera:
A natural water-based wax for indoor use created with the white beeswax and Marseille soap, which makes it water-repellent and enhances the natural brilliance of the surfaces. Stir the compound well before use: if it looks to dense, dilute it with 5% of warm water. You should only apply EcoCera when CeboArt Lux is completely dry. Spread the finish with a synthetic sponge, trying not to scoop excessive quantities; after 30-40 minutes polish it by hand using a wool cloth.
